Every feature is included and you only pay for active users, so fair usage just keeps an eye on the activity underneath those users: events, API calls, tokens, exports, and postbacks. For almost every studio it scales naturally with MAU, so you’ll never think about it. It only matters if one of these runs far heavier than your plan assumes.

The main indicators we look at are: app events (SDK and server-to-server), ad impressions and clicks, requests to the reporting and management APIs, MCP requests, tokens used by AI features, raw data exports, and postbacks.
