How our pricing works

Your price is based on two things: how many monthly active users your games have, and how your studio monetises these users (ARPU).

A hyper-casual studio with three million users generates very different revenue per user than a mid-core RPG studio with three million users. We account for that. The Monetisation Adjustment Factor (MAF) adjusts the base tier price based on your revenue per MAU, so you pay a fair rate relative to what the platform actually earns for you.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a monthly active user?

Any unique user who triggered at least one tracked event via the justtrack SDK in a rolling 30-day window.

What’s included in the free trial?

The full platform, same features as a paid tier. 14 days, no credit card required. Your data is yours after the trial ends regardless of whether you upgrade.

What if I have a game launch and MAU spikes temporarily?

We apply a 2-month grace period on overages. A launch moment should feel exciting, not like a surprise invoice.

How does MAF get calculated?

We calculate it together from your SDK data at the start of the relationship, and review it regularly. It’s based on your actual revenue per MAU across your portfolio, not an estimate or an assumption.

Do I need to talk to someone before signing up?

No, you can sign up and start your trial immediately for all tiers up to Large. For Enterprise (25M+ MAU) or if you want to understand your exact price before committing, book a 15-minute call and we’ll give you a straight answer.

What happens after the trial?

You choose a tier, enter billing details, and continue. If you decide not to upgrade, your account moves to the Free tier (up to 10K MAU). Your data stays accessible.

Is there a monthly billing option?

Yes, all tiers are available month-to-month at a 20% premium over the annual rate.
