The measurement stack got smarter.
The decisions didn't.

Studios deserve a partner that turns data into decisions, decisions into actions, and actions into growth. Without a conflict of interest, and without a feature wall. Not a measurement vendor. A growth partner. Built for studios that want to win, not just measure.

The gap we built justtrack to close

We talk to gaming studios every week, and the pattern is remarkably consistent. The data is there. The attribution is running. The dashboard is open on a second monitor. And still, the budget call gets made by gut. By ROAS. By whoever was most convincing at the last conference.

The tools gave studios better visibility. What they didn't give them was a partner who could do something with it. That is the gap we built justtrack to close.

What we believe

  1. Independent studios shouldn’t need two platforms to see one picture.

Most studios run two tools that don't talk to each other: an MMP for attribution, an analytics platform for in-app behaviour. Two SDKs. Two data silos. Two vendor relationships. justtrack is both: attribution and in-app analytics on a single SDK, connected from day one.

  2. The goal was never the lowest CPI. It was always the highest LTV.

The entire MMP category was built to count installs and prove attribution. That is a useful input, not the goal. Revenue growth is the goal.

  3. A report that doesn’t change behaviour is noise.

Studios don't have a data problem. They have a decision problem. What's missing is the layer that turns data into a recommendation, and then into an action.

  4. Your growth partner should have no conflict of interest.

The lines between measurement and media are no longer clear. Some of the most dominant MMPs are now owned by the networks they are supposed to measure for you. Independence matters. For justtrack, it is structural.

  5. We grow when you grow, and that’s how we price.

We price on monthly active users and adjust for how a studio actually monetises. No feature walls. No ceiling. Just a model where our incentives and yours are identical.

Where we stand

This market works better when people are honest about where they stand. We are not trying to build a walled garden. The gaming ecosystem has enough of those. What we want is a market where studios have real options, real data, and real partners. Not vendors with hidden conflicts.

That means we are open to conversations that go beyond the obvious. With studios. With advisors. With platforms we compete with. If you think there's a way to make attribution, analytics, or UA decision-making work better for independent studios, we'd like to hear it.

Let's build a better market for independent studios

If you want a growth partner with no conflict of interest and no feature wall, we should talk.
