As a Product Lead at justtrack you will manage a team of developers, work closely with different stakeholders and make a decisive contribution to our product strategy.

At justtrack we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers an attractive toolset to handle their entire global marketing growth process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes, justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights.

How the optimal candidate may look like:
  • You have already accumulated several years of product management/product owner experience, especially with mobile/web apps
  • You have a strong knowledge of project management in an environment with flat hierarchies and ideally have expertise in agile software development methods
  • You are a digital native who has a strong interest in technology, you know the common business models and have experience in business development.
  • You are familiar with online and mobile marketing measurement (e.g. CTR, CPM, ARPI)
  • You understand how to harmonize user needs and business goals with technological challenges.
  • You want to take over responsibility and make business decisions.
  • You have experience with leading a team and have proven that you are a real team player who masters and appreciates the cooperation and leadership of interdisciplinary teams.
  • You have clear communication skills and know how to guide and motivate individuals to develop their maximum capabilities.
    • Key responsibilities:
  • We build a technology that is used by international customers worldwide in the mobile app industry and you as a Product Lead will make a decisive contribution to our product strategy, our profitability and our growth
  • You analyze, identify and prioritize new opportunities to increase sales and customer loyalty through product improvements or new features.
  • You will be responsible for a development team, manage their progress and make relevant strategic decisions.
  • You will be the central contact person for all relevant stakeholders and present your project progress at regular intervals to the management.
  • You will act as an intrapreneur, leading one team based on selective KPIs.
  • You will implement a lean, high output development process and improve the product quality.
