As a User Experience (UX) Designer you are responsible for designing and improving the overall user experience of our products, such as our websites and SaaS software interface.

At justtrack we build a SaaS business that provides app and game publishers an attractive toolset to handle their entire global marketing growth process. Starting from managing, analyzing, and automating marketing processes justtrack enables gathering deep mobile product insights.

The main goal of this role is to ensure that the product is both usable and enjoyable for the user. To achieve this, you must have a deep understanding of user behavior, motivations, and pain points, as well as the latest design trends and technologies. You must also be able to effectively communicate your design concepts and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct user research: Gather data on user needs, behaviors, and motivations through surveys, interviews, and other methods.

Define user personas: Create representations of the target users based on user research findings.

Create wireframes and prototypes: Use design tools to create visual representations of the software’s user interface and flow.

UI design: Execute all visual design stages from concept to final high fidelity mockups with strong attention to detail.

Test designs with users: Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with developers: Work closely with the software development team to ensure that the design is implemented as intended.

How the optimal candidate may look like:

User-centered Design: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to design products that are both usable and enjoyable for the end-user.

Prototyping: Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively solve user problems.

Interaction Design: Ability to create intuitive and user-friendly interactions, animations, and micro-interactions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure that the final product meets the needs of all parties.

Tools knowledge: Strong knowledge in Figma (any other design tools such as Illustrator, photoshop, sketch, etc. are a plus)

Overall, you should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates experience and the impact of your design work on real-world products.
